Biltwell Triumph Finned Motor Mount Plates – Black

Our friends Tony and Andy Dunn at Classic Cycles in Orange, CA, designed these functional, stylish aluminum motor plates for unit Triumphs years ago. Biltwell improved upon their great design by replacing the CNC’ed plate construction with cold-forged, 6061 T-6 finned aluminum blanks. Cold forging improves the strength of the finished product by making the material denser at the molecular level. A bronze bushing on the left motor plate provides a precise interface for your stock brake pedal. Clearly, these are the nicest motor mount plates ever made for a Triumph, bar none. Fits 1963 – 1970 unit 650 cc Triumph engines.

Construction: Foot peg body is constructed of investment-cast stainless steel and black ED coated. Clevis: investment-cast chromoly steel, tumble finish with chrome plating. Stainless-steel Allen cap hardware (clevis pivot pin/bolt and associated hardware not included).

Fitment: A single peg-mounting clevis for ’01-up Hinckley Bonnevilles and Scramblers that fits both left and right side rider and passenger peg mounts.

Details: The design and proportions of our Mushman Moto Pegs takes inspiration from high-tech cast titanium units on modern MX machines.

Construction: The Rocker foot peg is CNC lathe turned from 6061 T-6 aluminum, then anodized black or silver after machining for a durable finish.
