Biltwell Ripple CV Carburetor Top – Black Aluminum

Plastic is for beer coolers, not motorcycles! Replace that fugly stock top in about five minutes with a phillips head screw driver. These sweet units are gloss black powdercoated cast aluminum. They are machined after casting to ensure proper sealing, but the edges are left raw for that unique cast look.

Lowbrow Customs Belt to Chain Conversion for 1200 Sportsters 1994 – 2003 – Ditch the belt!

Ditch that belt and go with a traditional 530 rear drive chain setup on your 1994 – 2003 1200 Sportster (This will not work on 1991-1993 4 speed transmission models). These sprockets keep the same gearing ratio as your stock drive belt setup on an 1200. For use with a stock rear wheel (this is not for a wide tire conversion). Consult your manual on removing your pulleys, and simply install these sprockets in their place. 530 Chain not included, supply your own or choose one from here at Lowbrow and we will pluck it gingerly from our shelves and lovingly though expediently deposit it into your package and send it on it’s way. But I digress.

Kyle tested this kit last summer and this year putting over 12,000 miles on his chain conversion as of June 2013, trouble-free.

Both the transmission and rear sprockets are Made in the USA! The front sprocket is high quality nickel plated Chromoly steel, and the rear sprocket is 7075-T6 certified aero space grade aluminum for long life and light weight.

NOTE: These are made for use in a stock Sportster frame or a frame or hardtail which uses stock spacing (such as the David Bird hardtails which use the stock rear wheel assembly, brake, and axle spacers). If the frame you are using is a different axle plate spacing(width) or you are using a non-stock wheel this may affect the rear sprocket alignment. This is for use with a stock with wheel, and is not for a wide tire conversion.

Rear wheel note: The rear sprocket is for a particular year range, for the 1994-1999 the hub hole size is 1.9″ and for the 2000-2003 it is 2.2″. If you are using a wheel that was not stock for your year range and model, or are unsure, it would be a good idea to double check the wheel you are using before ordering.
