Biltwell Challenger Seat- Raw Pan w/Foam – for ’06 to -13 Dynas

The stripped-down, high-speed aesthetic of club-style Dynas is catching on with thrill seekers of all stripes, and Biltwell offers what might be the leanest, cleanest solo seat available for the MoCo’s popular cruiser. The Biltwell Challenger seat is a barebones affair with plenty of rear kick to keep your butt centered in the saddle, and none of the fat around the sides. Instead, Biltwell has sculpted their seat with a super narrow profile and constructed it with just the right amount of molded closed-cell foam padding to make it comfortable for all-day assaults on hot tarmac. The pan is fabricated from vacuum-formed ABS plastic, and features a clean metal bracket on the rear for speedy retrofitment to existing mounting holes on stock H-D Dynas from 2006 to 2013. Two hand-stitched heavy-duty vinyl cover styles are available: Smooth or vertical tuck and roll. For custom upholstery professionals Biltwell also offers the Challenger pan with raw uncovered foam padding.

Construction: Injection-molded Krayton synthetic rubber

Fitment: Biltwell Kung Fu grips are available in 1″. The size refers to the outside diameter of the bar end on the left side of your motorcycle. If you don’t know the O.D. of your handlebars, measure with a caliper, an open-end wrench or other device. Each set of Kung Fu grips comes with two grips: one for the clutch side (small inside diameter) and one for the throttle (larger I.D.) Installing the wrong grip on either side may result in loose-fitting grips or grips that can tear and stretch too far during installation. If any of this information seems overly simplistic, it is only because we get a lot of questions from guys who say they have never installed grips. Hard to believe, but true.

The Biltwell Whiskey throttle is constructed of CNC-machined 6061 T-6 aluminum and fits all 1-inch O.D. handlebars. Two sets of four different cable ferrules are included with each full assembly. These plated steel ferrules fit both threaded and click-in barrel ends on stock Harley cables. If you don’t run stock H-D cables on your motorcycle, our ferrules provide plenty of options for custom single- or double-cable assembly. Like most Biltwell products, the Whiskey throttle should be installed by competent home mechanics or experienced professionals.

Biltwell Macho Negro Chromoly Seat Hinge / Pivot – Black

Version 2.0 of the Biltwell seat pivot! The Macho Negro (’cause it is tough and black) seat pivot features a cast head and chromoly body giving the ultimate in style and durability.

The Biltwell seat bracket is engineered to fit the mounting studs on most solo seats. It features two long slots for adjustability. Its rugged black electroplated finish looks great as is, or you can abrade the surface with a sandblaster or steel wool for custom painting. We left the accompanying pivot bracket unfinished so it can be welded to the backbone of your frame without special preparation. An Allen cap bolt threads into the opposite side of the bracket, creating an efficient and durable hinge pin.
