Biltwell HB Seat – Black Diamond – 04-06 & 10-12 XL
Fitment: The HB seat is designed to visually narrow your late model Sporty while still leaving you enough room to be comfortable and bring your girl along for the ride. It should be a direct bolt-on for 2004-06 and 2010-2013 XL’s with stock frame and rear fender. The 2007-09 models will require relocating your ECM.
Construction: Vacuum-formed ABS plastic pan with molded polyurethane foam padding.
This seat measure 26″ long, 11″ at its widest point, and the passenger area it is 6 1/4″ wide.

Biltwell Cafe Seat – Raw Pan w/ Foam – for ’86 – ’03 Sportsters
Fitment: Fits stock 1986 to 2003 Harley-Davidson Sportsters with Original Equipment (OE) rear fenders only. Will not fit other model years or motorcycle brands/styles without significant customizing.
Construction: Vacuum-formed ABS plastic pan with molded polyurethane foam padding. This seat is Raw Foam so you can cover it however you like! Mounts to motorcycle with laser-cut steel brackets on nose and tail. Acorn nut, fender washer and 5/16-18 hex bolt for mounting included. Foam padding tapers from 2.5″ to 1.5″. This seat measures 21″ long and 9″ wide at the widest point.
Installation details: Rear bracket requires drilling one hole into the fender for final installation. If you don’t want to drill a hole in your fender, this seat will not work on your motorcycle.
Biltwell Challenger Seat- Raw Pan w/Foam – for ’06 to -13 Dynas
The stripped-down, high-speed aesthetic of club-style Dynas is catching on with thrill seekers of all stripes, and Biltwell offers what might be the leanest, cleanest solo seat available for the MoCo’s popular cruiser. The Biltwell Challenger seat is a barebones affair with plenty of rear kick to keep your butt centered in the saddle, and none of the fat around the sides. Instead, Biltwell has sculpted their seat with a super narrow profile and constructed it with just the right amount of molded closed-cell foam padding to make it comfortable for all-day assaults on hot tarmac. The pan is fabricated from vacuum-formed ABS plastic, and features a clean metal bracket on the rear for speedy retrofitment to existing mounting holes on stock H-D Dynas from 2006 to 2013. Two hand-stitched heavy-duty vinyl cover styles are available: Smooth or vertical tuck and roll. For custom upholstery professionals Biltwell also offers the Challenger pan with raw uncovered foam padding.

Biltwell Macho Negro Chromoly Seat Hinge / Pivot – Black
Version 2.0 of the Biltwell seat pivot! The Macho Negro (’cause it is tough and black) seat pivot features a cast head and chromoly body giving the ultimate in style and durability.
The Biltwell seat bracket is engineered to fit the mounting studs on most solo seats. It features two long slots for adjustability. Its rugged black electroplated finish looks great as is, or you can abrade the surface with a sandblaster or steel wool for custom painting. We left the accompanying pivot bracket unfinished so it can be welded to the backbone of your frame without special preparation. An Allen cap bolt threads into the opposite side of the bracket, creating an efficient and durable hinge pin.

Lowbrow Customs Solo Seat Weld-On Spring Mounts / Perches
From Lowbrow Customs: Mount your solo seat easily with these weld-on solo seat spring mounts. Made of 1018 cold rolled steel for easy welding, they are 1″ diameter with a 3/8″ shaft for the spring to sit over. They are coped at 1″ to fit standard size frame tubing, but can easily be enlarged to fit larger 1 1/4″ tube if necessary. They come with a pair of 1/8″ thick leather washers to keep your springs from squeaking, as well as two spring cotter pins to hold your springs in place on the cross-drilled shafts. Price is for a set of two mounts, spring cotter pins and leather washers.

Biltwell Slimline Solo Seat – Black Smooth
Nice and narrow with a substantial kick in the back, this seat is perfect for a small chop.
Fitment: This is a custom motorcycle component that requires basic fabrication skills and mechanical acumen to install properly. If your motorcycle already has a seat hinge and spring bungs installed on the frame, youre halfway there, though some additional modifications may be required. Our Slimline seat looks best on bikes with steep backbones and short rear ends, such as many Japanese and British chops, and many rigid H-D XL’s.
Construction: Heavy gauge stamped steel pan with high rear kick for added support. Stamped-in ridges on the pan increase stiffness and give the pan a clean, classic look. Matte black electroplated finish. Cover is hand stitched heavy-duty vinyl and is fastened to underside of seat pan with rivets for durability. Foam is molded polyurethane, approximately 1″ thick.
Installation details: A unique adjustable carriage bolt system on the underside of the seat pan allows you to fine tune the location of the seat hinge and both springs. This is especially helpful if you are installing our Slimline seat on a frame with preexisting spring bungs welded onto the rear cross member. This is not a bolt-on product.
